Introducing Sea2see – a range of frames from recycled ocean plastics

We’re delighted to stock a range of handmade spectacle frames produced from ocean waste in both Woodseats and Crosspool.

‘Sea2see’ optical frames and sunglasses are made entirely with recycled marine plastic waste collected in collaboration with thousands of fishermen in Spanish ports. The waste, including fishing nets, ropes, lines, or bottles, is up-cycled into a reusable raw material and shipped to Italy to be moulded into frames, with each one being coloured by hand, making no two frames exactly the same.

A selection of Sea2see’s spectacle frames are available at both practices and cost £150.
