Sheffield hairdresser sets her sights on a new career

29-year-old Kate Wilson has joined the team at the Woodseats branch of Alex Gage Family Optometrist as an Optical Assistant. Of the change, Kate said: “I wanted to try a new job that would give me a new challenge whilst still using the customer service skills that I learnt in hairdressing.” In her new role, Kate is responsible for reception duties, answering and making phone calls, greeting patients on arrivals and glazing spectacles.
