We will phone the patients already booked to check their appointment is essential and they have no symptoms of the virus.
Those that attend will be allowed in practice for the duration of their appointment. They should attend on their own unless absolutely necessary and use hand sanitiser on arrival.
Collections will not be done in practice, Sarah or Alex will deliver specs and contact lenses once they are paid for in full.
Any future dispenses will be adjusted at time of dispense and full payment taken.
