Going blue for autism awareness

We had great fun today in our quest to raise awareness of autism on World Autism Awareness Day.

The whole team wore blue to mark the occasion and we had a fantastic response from our patients. Autism affects around 1 in 100 people in the UK. Behavioural optometry can play an important role in supporting children with autism by assessing and treating visual processing difficulties.
